Experienced Colorado Mediation Lawyer
Many times, disputes between people would have a far better outcome if they were handled outside of the courtroom. In court, decisions are made by strangers to both parties who simply do not have the time and resources to understand the issue at hand as well as the parties involved before reaching a decision. Mediation may be the answer to finding a mutually acceptable outcome for people at odds with one another.
As an attorney and trained mediator, I am able to provide disputing parties the opportunity to reach an agreement that encompasses their goals. Through mediation, it is possible to reach a compromise that maintains everyone's best interests.

Reasons for Mediation
Clients in need of mediation services come to me for a variety of reasons. I may be asked to serve as a neutral third party, facilitating a discussion between opposing sides. In this role, I am committed to providing education about the law and all available options to work towards an informed agreement.
In other circumstances, I may represent my client's position to opposing counsel. In this case, a neutral mediator will be present to guide the conversation toward resolution.
In some cases, couples will seek my help in situations of amicable divorce. I help them to identify weak spots or potential problems in the agreements they have drawn up.
A Commitment to Helping You Reach a Positive Outcome

In my years of private practice as serving as a pro bono mediator in Jefferson County, I have successfully aided countless individuals and families in reaching positive solutions to their disputes. Some of the matters I can assist with include:
